For each client we work to understand the details that will provide the groundwork for a decision to buy or sell. We generate the applicable data analysis to allow the client to make the best-informed decision possible.
For whatever question we need to answer for a client, we examine all available data to give a quantitative answer that is relevant to the property being analyzed.
The home that you buy today will someday be the home that you sell, or rent out. We work with clients as they make their home buying decisions to shed as much light as we can on that future and to put as much analysis as is available into helping make a sound financial decision.
Robert Schiller won the Nobel Prize in 2013 for his real estate analytics. He began his real estate analysis career examining micromarkets in the Boston area and we work with clients now to provide as much data and statistics as we can to support sound purchasing decisions.
We can analyze the features of a property in a particular location to determine how much value those features add. How much is it worth to be on the sunny side of Marlborough Street? How much is a parking space worth in Coolidge Corner? How much is a 3rd bedroom worth in Cambridge? How much is a 4th bedroom worth in Wellesley?
In short order we can generate charts that examine prior year sales, or sales across multiple years, to analyze the impact of various features or to help understand the prevalence (or scarcity) of those features.
Periodically, we post case studies or market information as samples of the work that we do for our clients. See our examples under Spotlight.
